Responsible for closing bulk deals of Bupa International Medical Insurance directly to new qualified corporate accounts. Focus is mainly on big accounts of 500+ employees and multinational corporations. The scope also includes selling local medical insurance plans. -Achieve a minimum quota of $ 300,000 in premiums in 2011. -Prospect potential corporate accounts using different databases and directories. -Call prospects and set appointments for daily visits. -Achieve a minimum daily target of 4 visits. -Present products using “face-to-face” selling techniques. -Sell Bupa International Medical Insurance products to corporate accounts, mainly targeting 500+ employees’ organizations. -Continuously generate prospect customers and referrals from every visit. -Ensure the delivery of complete applications with all necessary documents. -Achieve the given monthly target. -Fill-in daily reports and submits to manager as required. -Participate in any organized event to promote Bupa insurance. -Operate at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity. -Works most of the time in the field, meeting clients in their offices
-Bachelor degree. -Successful track record demonstrating high level of initiative, social skills, and networking. -3 – 5 years of sales experience. -Teamwork oriented. -Computer Literacy (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook-Internet Knowledge). -Language Proficiency (Arabic + English). -Medical Background or Strong knowledge of the medical insurance industry is a plus..
