Description | •Provides senior level secretarial and clerical services for the director and corresponds with Office of the Chairman •Manages the director’s agenda and calendar. •Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. •Attend board meetings, takes minutes of meetings and circulates it to the board, follows-up on the execution of these minutes. •Receives, directs and relays telephone messages and fax messages •Directs the general public to the appropriate staff members •Maintains an appropriate filing system •Handles travel arrangements including hotel reservation, flight tickets booking and other travel-related logistics. •Meets and greets all visitors. •Types and composes word documents and PowerPoint presentation and performs needed translation from English to Arabic and vice versa •Deals with incoming e-mails, faxes, courier and all correspondences to the director’s office. •Follows up on all outstanding issues. |
Qualifications | The ideal candidate should be smart, dynamic, flexible and possessing multi-culture orientation with proven track record in office management activities, excellent communication and problem solving capabilities also should be able to work under pressure and perform multi-task activities |
