Description | • Foster and maintain relations with various government ministries and authorities that are critical to business operations in order to achieve optimum efficiency with regards to governmental procedures. Liaise and correspond with governmental agencies in relation to all sub-developer issues, including approvals, permits and licenses, including the submission and follow up of building permit drawings, license applications and land registration applications to the relevant government agency to ensure requests are processed in line with established project plans. • As necessary, liaise and correspond with governmental agencies in relation to all company related approvals, permits and licenses required in relation to its master development activities. • Keep abreast of changes and amendments in licenses and registrations requirements and incorporate changes into procedures. • Manage the establishment and maintenance of licenses and registration procedures including ensuring that developer’s licenses and registration procedures are handled in an efficient manner. |
Qualifications | University degree 7-10 years of experience, including 5 years in a real-estate environment |
