- Keeping Record of all Admin and Personnel Files - Prepare the monthly transactions for penalties, Overtime, rewards … etc and recorded accurately in order to be allocated correctly on the salaries. - Responsible for Payroll processing& Calculation for both permanent and casual in addition of monthly payroll analysis. - Processing new hires, terminations, transfers, pay changes and other employee-related information changes utilizing our Staff. - Set Recruitment Appointments with coordination with the assign parties and Prepare recruitment Daily schedule for all short listed candidates in order to conduct the different recruitment selection process. - Collect and Register interviews feedback in order to trace Candidates status and maintain recruitment database. - Follow up Hiring process for all new comers in order to prepare their joining announcement and send it via e-mail to the assigned parities.
Graduate degree with excellent Ms. Office skills
