Description	1.Develop, implement and maintain a fully-integrated human resource strategy for the Company 2.Lead the Company’s efforts to maintain and improve its position as a premier employer 3.Partner with all other Company executives to ensure business decisions are consistent with the Company’s corporate culture, values, and philosophies 4.Assess internal needs with respect to culture management and proactively recommend solutions to ensure the health of the organization 5.Manage the Human Resources Department, including staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation 6.Oversee internal talent assessment and development processes, including training and development and performance management systems, in order to maximize employee contribution and commitment 7.Manage Company’s compensation system to balance the motivational aspects of base and incentive programs and fiscal impact 8.Oversee benefits administration processes including health and welfare programs and other programs as deemed appropriate 9.Manage recruitment process to ensure optimal success rate in hiring and integrating new employees in to the Company 10.Manage and implement all Company-wide internal communications 11.Ensure compliance with all federal, state and other regulations
Qualifications	-University graduate from Business College or related field. -HR Management Diploma is a must. -Minimum ten years experience in the field of HR planning. -Full acquaintance with Labor Law Regulations. •Fluent in English spoken, reading and writing, second language is a plus. •Very good command in computer applications including: word processing, spreadsheet, power point and outlook.
