1- Responsible for instructing & directing sales staff to pursue the achievement of sales goals, addressing clients’ problems or complaints and managing sales activities of the organization. 2- Develops & implements strategic sales plans to accommodate Organization goals; Directs sales forecasting activities & sets performance goals accordingly. 3- Reviews market analyses to determine clients’ needs and price schedules. 4- Develop, maintain, and grow the established client base that stimulate sales and profit growth. 5- Maintains & increases revenue for existing & targeting accounts through managing the entire sales cycle. 6- Seeks out & targets new clients and new sales opportunities & initiates action plan to approach & secure new deals. 7- Negotiates prices, payment & delivery terms with clients within the internal guidelines provided by the department & the organization. 8- Monitor market changes & researches for new growth areas for sales.
1- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or any related field. 2- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales position, especially in Glass industry or similar industry. 3- Must be capable of thinking through complex issues analytically and solves complex business situations. 4- Strategic thinking and planning skills. 5- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6- Very good computer and presentation skills.
