Description	Basic Functions: At the assigned manufacturing facility provide scheduling capability, master data management of system supply chain settings and inventory management for both MAKE and SOURCE materials. Provide material effective management for supply chain changes to ensure optimum inventory turns with no interruption of customer delivery. Ensure associates are trained in and follow the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model Level 4 procedures. Management of Blocked Invoices and Goods Receipt / Inventory Receipt disconnects for SOURCE material. If the operation is small, Warehouse Management and the Deliver Processes of SCOR are included. This includes management of the warehouse functions, the warehouse systems and the shipment process. Continuous Improvement – On-going business process improvement to increase associate efficiency and move greater ownership onto the supplier through electronic communication. Examples are EDI and Supplier Portal. Actively drive improvement initiatives in MAKE and SOURCE scheduling, Receiving and Inventory Control. Extend common processes across Kohler operations. Work with Regional Supply Chain Managers to implement new ideas globally. Adopt best practices from other Faucet facilities in the network, other Kohler divisions, and industry leaders. Business Process Standardization – Ensure the facility is operating per the global SCOR Level 4 documents through periodic audits.
Qualifications	Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred, with six years of work experience in material scheduling and purchasing in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of three years experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management and kanban. High proficiency in the use of analytical, process and database tools including Microsoft Excel and Visio. Ideal candidate will understand drawings, specifications and process capability and have experience in a multi-plant environment. Very strong leadership, team building, and facilitation skills. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE A PLUS IN THE FOLLOWING An understanding of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and its application. Certification in APICS.
