Description	• Teaches material from approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to include instructional aids. • Teaches following tracks : Programming with C#, Core Foundations of Microsoft .NET 2.0 Development , Advanced Foundations of Microsoft .NET 2.0 Development , Visual Studio 2008: ASP.NET 3.5 , Visual Studio 2008: ADO.NET 3.5 , MCPD requirement: Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 • Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process
Qualifications	• At least one of the following Microsoft certifications: MCTS , MCPD web, Windows application and MCITP, MCSD, MCPD, of MCAD Certifications are a plus. • College degree or comparable real world experience • A minimum of 2- 4+ years instructing in a classroom or training center environment preferred • Experience delivering training to corporate developers and IT professionals • High level understanding of Microsoft technical products and technologies • Excellent communication, presentation and people skills • Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
