1.Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate 2.Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments 3.Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes 4.Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings 5.Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post 6.Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations 7.Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. 8.Coordinate with accounting department all hospitality related expenses
1.Administration and Management — knowledge of Administration principles. 2.IT knowledge — Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point & Visio 3.Mobility: Ability to travel outside the country, work extended hours and attend extended business events.
