Description	-Ensures efficient maintenance and repair of the machines in the plant -Organizes and supervises the mechanical workshop works and technicians -Ensures that the production lines meet their net and true efficiencies and downtime targets through effective troubleshooting of mechanical failures in a timely manner. -Applies Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure equipments productivity. -Analyzes production and quality results on daily basis in order to generate corrective actions and plan interventions without affecting lines production schedule. -Ensures safe operating conditions exist throughout the facility. -Ensures the availability of all needed spare parts on the SAP, in view of the working capital and budget targets in the plants to minimize production stoppages -Develops the annual overhauling plan for the assigned equipment -Achieve our raised requirements to meet all stipulations associated with AIB, ERP, EMS, and sustainability Programs. -Participate effectively in the commissioning of new projects -Develop his team mechanical knowledge by continuous exposure to new technologies.
Qualifications	-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution -Min 2 Years of experience Mechanical maintenance (preferably FMCG). -Strong leadership & communication skills. -Time management skills and handling multitasks. -Ability to work under stress. -Very good command on MS packages. -Very good written and spoken English.
