Description	1.Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 2.Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities 3.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope 4.Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client 5.Effectively applies work methodology and enforces project standards 6.Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures 7.Minimizes exposure and risk on project 8.Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 9.Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis 10.Manages project budget 11.Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project 12.Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices 13.Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
Qualifications	1.B.Sc. in mechanical engineering (AIN SHAMS university graduates are preferred) 2.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the field of fire fighting systems installations 3.Good command of related Egyptian and International Codes
