Description	•Manage the Network Services and Helpdesk Teams. •Manage and Monitor the corporate wide directory services, Email Service and other applications logs. •Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements. •Develop computer information systems, providing data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. •Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. •Stay abreast of advances in technology. •Provide users with technical support for computer problems. •Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements. •Control operational budget and expenditures. •Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. •Evaluate the organizations technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. •Prepare and review operational status reports or project progress reports. •Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. •Manage backup, security and user help systems. •The employee has to follow the ISMS policies, procedures and all other ISMS requirements”.
Qualifications	•B.Sc. degree in engineering (computer/communication). •A minimum of 5 years management experience in a medium to large network/infrastructure organization. •Experience with Microsoft implementations ( Active Directory (AD), MS Exchange, ISA, Web developing, Data bases (SQL, Oracle),…). •MCSE is a must. •ITIL v3 is a must. •CISSP is a plus. •Master of Business Administration is a plus.
