Organize office operations, procedures & Establish standards - Supervise office staff - Prepare time sheets, Maintaining office equipment & Designing filing systems & making sure that they are up to date - Ensure protection and security of files and records - Control correspondences & Monitor and record long distance phone calls - Review and approve supply requisitions - Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups - Perform other related duties as required.
