Description	o Responsible about the definition & implementation of the time schedule for all engineering activities. o Responsible about the implementation & validation of all design process (high level, survey, detailed design, BOQs, handover & follow-up with implementation team, As-Built). o Perform onsite route survey for all cable routes along the network. o Perform & issue CAD design maps, layouts & reports. Considering the optimum & cost effective planning methodology (selecting optimum routes, minimum crossings & best implementation ability). o Provide effective & efficient onsite support during project implementation phase to rollout teams. o Prepare & issue the design BOQ (joints, holes, pipes, sub ducts, drums, civil works, …, etc.) o Manage the subcontractors &/or team members who assigned to perform any of engineering activities starting form the survey till the as built phase. o Manage the customer approval & validation for all engineering work including the design proposals, design variations & BOQs. o Making update for Bill of materials (BOM) after survey & design approval. o Providing close supervision, support & management for subcontractors & team members to qualify that executed engineering work are according to contractual specifications, schedule and standards. o Prim customer interface for all Engineering related issues. o Manage about all engineering documentations.
Qualifications	o Preferred to be civil engineering background, experience in telecom field in FO BB, copper and FTTx (route/area survey/design/engineering) o Capability of reading & analyzing customer specifications & requirements. o Strong capabilities in performing survey outputs (sketches, CAD drawings, reports, …, etc). o Very good in AutoCAD & Microsoft packages (WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, …, etc). o Ability for fast learning & acquiring new experiences. o Fluent in English speaking & writing. o Strong management, presentation & reporting skills. o Good communication skills & problem solving skills. o Minimum of 6 years experience and at lest 3 years in OSP projects.
