Description | Review all needed data for payroll preparation, such as attendance, overtime, absence and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis. • Handling the Governmental Entities relationships. Handling the other transactions and deductions which affect the payroll. •Review all monthly, semi-annual and annual social insurance forms, and insure it is delivered on time and in conformity with the social insurance law. •Ensure monthly updates of the employees’ annual leave balance •Ensure regular update of employees’ database. •Ensure that all necessary documents for employees’ files as per Labor Law are available. •Updates the employees’ data regarding the Medical and /or Life Insurance programs and informs the Insurance Company with the employee’s updated status. •Handles all employees’ termination procedures and ensures that the company’s and employee’s rights are well preserved. •Provides all the newly hired employees with the on-boarding documents. •Prepare all personnel related analytical reports. •Lead and supervise the personnel employees. |
Qualifications | Strong payroll and personnel experience with minimum of 10 years experience (5 years in the same field) Strong knowledge of labor , social insurance. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications ,specially excel. |
