Description	-To identify, develop and direct the implementation of the Production strategy -Plan and direct the Production activities to achieve pre-agreed targets -To lead and continuously develop the Production team -To plan and coordinate labour needs in line with pre agreed targets -To liaise with all departments to ensure that the Site objectives are achieved. -Monitor and supervise daily production achievements -Ensure and improve the Production management and organization of work -Lead and motivate the production team -Maintain links between internal departments ensuring smooth Production -To plan labour levels and production levels with relevant departments to meet pre agreed budgets and Forecasts -To follow SQCD and to contribute to improving all areas through detailed analysis and planning -Introduce and roll out initiatives for SEWS-E including T.P.S, H-Ken activity, HAI-Q, HAI-C and QC -To ensure daily targets are achieved as well as high levels of safety, Quality and Housekeeping
Qualifications	-Excellent leadership skills and inter department communication skills -Knowledge of products as well as high motivation
