Qualifications	Bachelor degree in Agriculture science major, within minor degree in bio-dynamic agriculture From 5-10 years of experience in similar position within organic industry Should have knowledge & skill in production market place and Food production process planning cycle. Knowledge in agriculture process (cultivation- harvest…..) / Production scheduling & cycle/ production process & flow map (Pre-cleaning-brushing& crashing –sire sorting) knowledge of company policy & procedures (purchasing, warehouse, personnel, & finance..)
