Description	Project Manager (Electromechanical & Infrastructure) 1. Provide the overall leadership of the construction team in delivering the scope of work within a major project to the defined cost time and quality requirements. 2. Ensure that the project deliver the contracted engineering requirements using the highest levels of technical expertise and efficiency. - Provide an environment such that we can recruit. 3. To actively engage the construction team in the implementation of demand fulfillment in their area. 4. To be the Contractor Representative across the multiple interfaces within the project and to represent interests with the client. 5. To establish the team structure, tools and processes that support delivery. 6. To ensure productivity control are in place for monitoring, reporting, benchmarking works and improving performance. 7. To provide regular feedback of productivity analysis to the director and the Business.
Qualifications	University Degree in Electrical Engineer. - PM or PMP Certificates is preferred. -Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. -Knowledge of project management techniques and tools. - Direct work experience in project management capacity. - Proven experience in people management. - Proven experience in strategic planning..
