Description	1- Manage the Quality team and Measurement analyst team. 2- Conduct appraisal and half year performance reviews for the quality department employees. 3- Determine department resource needs based on objectives and current team status 4- Follow up on the quality assurance and measurement operations. 5- Reporting on the Quality department activities and progress to senior and top management. 6- Manage external audits on VIAS. Ex CMMI Audits, end customer audits. 7- Managing the engineering and support processes definition and improvements.
Qualifications	- Experience with CMMI level 3 is a must. - Effective management skills.

Other Skills	BS.C, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Science background.
