Description	•Assist in the timely procurement of Sub Contractors and agreement of Sub Contractor conditions. •Analyze and advise on suitability of Sub Contractors •Assist in co-ordination and preparation of Sub Contract documentation for issuance for pricing including all necessary drawings, specifications and BOQ •Commercial control of simple Sub Contractor packages including monthly valuations •Prepare recommendations for payment of Sub Contractors •Manage any variations to Sub Contractors and agree the cost of variations with Sub Contractors within budget constraints •Prepare reports as required for Sub Contractors to include Sub Contract Sum, variations, projected variations, projected final costs, claims…etc. •Assist in the assessment and settlement of any Contractual Claims from Sub Contractors. •Assist in the commercial control of complex Sub Contract packages •Assist in the valuation and agreement of the cost of any variations •Attend internal hand-over meetings and progress meetings •Assist in the preparation of Mivan applications for payment. •Assist in the preparation and valuation of variations to Mivan Contracts •Assist in the preparation of any Contractual Claims •Assist in the compilation and submission of costs associated with Contractual Claims •Maintain working relationship with the Client and the project team
Qualifications	• Good knowledge of local building costs. • Good knowledge of local suppliers and contractors • Qualified in MEP quantity surveying / engineering. • Relevant skills in spreadsheets, documents control & planning. Working knowledge of FIDIC suite of Contracts
