Description	•Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s recruitment strategy to ensure that staffing needs are met. •Provide the regional manpower plan for each country that includes operations and head office staffing. •Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems, processes and procedures to ensure that the recruitment and selection progression operates effectively. •Supervise the process of placing advertisements for all internal and external vacancies. •Negotiate contracts with external advertising and recruitment consultants to secure the most favorable terms for the organization. •Oversee all administrative preparations related to the recruitment and selection process, including assessment & follow-up on relocation process. •Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection. •Responsible for preparing replacements in case of staff transfers and moves. •Work with GHCD to effectively develop and implement different talent acquisition practices as competencies and recruitment sources. •Provide Monthly and annual reports with details of quality of new hire, guidance and solution of hiring as needed to all levels of management according to the manpower plan approved. •Oversee and provide directions regarding offsite recruitment activities including participation in Job fairs and professional organization meetings •Coordinate relationship with research agencies, collage and institutes.
