Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all our products and other competitive products in the market. • Prospect for potential customers via e-mail, telephone, management referrals and outside visits. • Develop and maintain strong business relationship with clients and potential customers by answering their concerns and inquiries as well as providing information on real estate market whilst emphasizing the features of various our products. • Assist customers with product selection, utilizing knowledge of the real estate market. • Advise clients and potential customers on various financing options offered. • Advise clients and potential customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. • Achieve monthly sales target and KPI’s as specified by the Senior Management. • Achieve payment collection target of each sold property. • Finalize Clients’ Contracts and Purchase Orders ensuring that information entered are correct and completed to the satisfaction of the Legal Department’s requirement. • Maintain and regularly update clientele database ensuring that all contacts information are completed. • Participate in Company’s various events and launches locally and internationally as and when required.
Real Estate knowledge is highly preferable - Display proficiency in various IT computer applications - Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English-Arabic)
