Description | • To effectively build a portfolio of non borrowing customers through proactive customer acquisition and lead management strategies, in order to book risk free liability balances and to generate fee based income through cross sale of other banking products. • Liaison with product groups for a seamless sale and activation. • Compliance with the bank’s systems / procedure while performing the job. • Render full support to the internal and external customers. • Relay any service issues faced by the customer to cash management product managers and operations for resolution. • Provide product managers with feedback to facilitate product enhancement. • Provide customer with innovative structuring solutions when required within the product parameters. • Handle all customer inquiries related to the product and or service. |
Qualifications | • Proved track record in sales. • Graduate with 2-3 years in a sales environment. • Well groomed with a confident outgoing personality, and good spoken and written English. • Knowledge of banking operations and technology will be a plus point but is not a necessary prerequisite. • Conversant with basic banking laws and local regulations • Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage |
