Description	Supports the Sales Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets Coordinates with Sales Manager in preparing the commercial approach (sales talk, multiple-selling tactics, etc.) Ensures efficient relationship management with customers during and after commercial development: visiting customers, customizing solutions, providing technical support, etc. Nurtures the company’s relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility Remains up-to-date on customers’ future plans and projects, and develops the customer account through multiple-selling (deep pocket approach) Monitors accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, saturation, and collection track record Identifies and develops relations with new customers Proactively attempts to retain / regain attractive customer accounts Ensures product orders are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provides order status updates to customers Participates actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers Supervises the collection of due receivables from customers, and as needed, resolves issues in the collection process (delays in collection, rejected checks, etc.) Prepares required reports on individual sales activity in a timely and accurate manner Ensures proper self time-management, including spending sufficient time in the market (more than 90%) Stays up to date on technical developments and on competition
Qualifications	Bachelor degree in business, finance or any other relative field. Previous sales experience is required. 1-2 years of experience in the same field. Excellent communication skills and the desire to sell. Goal oriented, persuasive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. A pleasant personality and appearance and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
