1. Receive the sales action plan required from the Sales Supervisor and accordingly Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. And identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. 3. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge, Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 4. Identify and resolve client concerns and complains in order to achieve customers’ satisfaction and retention. 5. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 6. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to the Sales Supervisors. 7. Follow up on collection with different customers and ensure that collection is occurring as per the contracts financial terms and conditions.
