Description	Install in field the required job and tasks to a particular site discipline work area - Assist in evaluation and solution of potential site field problems - Field installation, equipment commissioning, functionality test and acceptance of SDH Transmission System Marconi OMS 12xx - Trouble shooting of Ericsson systems or any other optical transmission product - The resource should be based out in the fields most of the time for on-site troubleshooting - Help with the preventive and corrective maintenance for the hops, report and escalate problems if necessary with the vendor. - Supervising of Installations team members to ensure quality of service to operation team - Provide clear information to the customers with respect to action plans and progress. - Site documentations, defect report and tests result of sites handled. - Handover all ready sites to the customers - Keep knowledge up to date by attending courses, self-study, and in-depth preparation. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications	Bachelor degree of Communication Engineering - From 5 -7 years experience communication field - Knowledge of SDH and PDH basics is a must - Knowledge of Ericsson OMS family 1240&1260 is preferred. - Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
