Description	Performs testing procedures on semi-finished and finished product, and reports results with reference to standard quality specifications. Collect samples of flakes and pellets and test for compliance to standard specifications. Perform the standard testing of work-in-process. Follow up on steps operational checks. Report on testing result to associates in charge and follow-up on corrective actions Report the malfunctioning of testing equipment, check the repairs and calibration May be required to visit suppliers of raw material for inspection and testing. Develop new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry and microbiology. Develop process standards and production specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supply specifications. Inspect processing areas to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management standards.
Qualifications	• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Science /chemistry . 3-5 years of experience. • Familiarity with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001/2000 & ISO 22000. • Over 3 year experience in PLASTIC/FMCG industries.
