Description	-Coordinate the work between the Contracts team and Arch & Structural dept. for the assigned project. -Prepare Tender packages based on the Tender strategy of the Project. -Prepares project Itemized Bills of Quantities and Methods of Measurements. -Review and coordinate with the team to provide the required Quantities for each item. -Check Quantities taken by the team members. -Prepare Project Construction Specifications. -Prepare Construction Cost Estimates based on the current market rates. -Guides the team for Bid Evaluation and prepare Bid Evaluation Report. -Prepares Contract Conditions based in the FIDIC and complying with local law. -Prepares and finalize the Contract Documents based on the final revisions of Design.
Qualifications	-Bsc. Civil Engineering/ Bsc. Architectural - From 8 to 10 years of similar experience.
