Description	You will provide professional reservations/ticketing services to all customers and travel businesses, either by phone or in-person, while achieving optimal customer satisfaction and targeting the annual budget. Reporting directly to the Reservations Supervisor, you must be smart, enthusiastic and confident with 5-star service skills to represent Qatar Airways.
Qualifications	• Fresh Graduates - preferably in the field of airline/ travel industry/ hospitality Institute. • Experienced - one year experience in customer service in an airline/ travel industry/ hospitality Institute. • Previous experience in airline reservations is an added advantage. • Knowledge of World Geography. • Good English Language communication skills (spoken & written). • Outstanding customer focus and a positive team player. • Computer literate.
