Description	To promote and deliver at all times to all internal and external customers and suppliers the Mercedes-Benz cultural experience of quality and excellence.\ Approach customers / prospects in a helpful, friendly manner to ensure that the initial meeting and greeting creates a genuine welcome to the site. To ensure that new and used vehicles are ready for hand-over as per an agreed schedule liaising with the service department. Follow up any problems with appropriate department notifying relevant sales staff of any likely delays in hand-over. Assigning customer groups and/or market areas to the respective Mercedes-Benz sales staff. Establishing and fostering contacts to decision-makers and spokespeople, as well as contacting and looking after VIP and major customers after reaching prior agreement with company management / with Marketing. Involvement in interviews and decisions regarding employing new staff. Checking levels of target achievement and reaching/agreeing measures to correct these should deviations occur.
Qualifications	-Excellent presentation skills. -Excellent managerial skills. -Excellent market knowledge. -Customer focused & achievement oriented. -Excellent negotiation, leadership, decision making and high interpersonal skills. -Capable to work under pressure.
