Description	Team Leaders are responsible for leading small teams of developers. They educate, guide and mentor their team members and help them achieve their goals effectively. Candidates must be able to demonstrate professionalism in dealing with Team Members, Managers and possess an ability to represent the companys interest. Candidate have the ability to understand business requirements, articulate technical issues. Since this position requires that individuals be able to deliver high quality code, we ask that only team leaders or senior level developers (who have proven experience in delivering projects to production and leading small teams) apply to this position. Duties 1. Confer with Solution Designer, engineers, programmers and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. 2. Develop and modify software systems, using modern methodologies to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. 3. Modify existing software to correct errors. 4. Mentor and supervise other junior team members 5. Follow up and review tasks performed by junior and senior developers. 6. Audit coding styles and standards. 7. Review the code of the team and insure its validity 8. Make the team appraisal 9. Participate in project planning and estimations. 10. Communicate with project managers and testing team.
Qualifications	1. B.Sc. degree in software Engineering or Computer science. 2. strong experience in n. tier/web based application and development using Microsoft Development Environment (Visual Studio, .NET framework 3.0 / 3.5, C#, Team Foundation) 3. Strong knowledge of web applications framework. 4. Strong knowledge of e-business, e-commerce. 5. Good Knowledge of SOA services/ Web services. 6. Strong knowledge of SQL is a must. 7. Strong knowledge of UML notion is a must. 8. Developing and deploying products from the ground up. 9. Ability to write clear class diagrams. 10. Possession of strong analytical and research skills and enjoying delivering software solutions that solve real world problems. 11. Object oriented analysis and design expertise. 12. Familiarity with an Agile Software development process (e.g. XP, Scrum, and Lean) is a plus.
