Description	Responsible for the development of technical and business IT strategy, and building the main blocks of IT Enterprise applications and providing consulting expertise, leveraging business and technical knowledge to support business strategies and deliver business value. Plays an integral role in building and enhancing the infrastructure required to support the IT Business, in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency. Works with Technical and Business Architects to ensure developments support the business and IT strategic plan. To undertake the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based. To identify and define requirements for the use of technology to improve any aspect of the processes and systems and quantification of potential business benefits. To create viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems. To focus on the key activity areas of: Ensuring that business requirements relating to technology are defined and addressed Identifying and evaluating relevant technology solutions to solve business problems, exploit opportunities and drive forward continuous improvements Assuring the realisation of business benefits
Qualifications	Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field preferred (equivalent work experience may be acceptable). Must have architecture and design proficiencies, performed detailed design and deployed critical applications. Demonstrable experience in the following skills: Facilitation, Interviewing, Negotiation, Written communication, Presentation, Technology Management Possesses an extensive knowledge of technology and business operations from more than one business sector and understands the significance of fiscal constraints. Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems. Evidence of troubleshooting and solving problems. Technical experience with in Application, Infrastructure, Networks..etc is highly preferred.
