Description | Provide technical and network support to all AmCham staff Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network. Provide technical support for BIC services (VC – OTS). Provide technical support for AmCham Training Lab. Troubleshoot and Provide technical support to Captaris RightFAX users. Encode and Stream Amcham Events Media for publishing on the website. Manages and leads continuous improvements of MS active directory, MS ISA server, DHCP, Antivirus systems and Windows Update service.. Troubleshoots servers, applications, and network connectivity issues. Create, maintain, and comply with corporate and departmental standard operating procedures. |
