Description	1-study all tender documents 2-Prepare a project brief using forms 3-Ensure requested offers from suppliers / subcontractors 4-Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with the formats 5-Attend tender site visit and prepare report 6-a comparative analysis between these offers 7-State any deviation from specifications 8-Decide which subcontractor is most reliable 9-Decide discounts obtained from the subcontractor 10-For works executed on site especially reinforced concrete, block work, plastering & miscellaneous wet trades prepare built up rates
Qualifications	1- Bachelors degree in civil Engineering or Architecture 2- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position 3- Fully conversant with standard forms of contract 4- Understand and be able to apply resourcing to schedule activities 5- Must be pro-active, adaptable and able to motivate team members 6- knowledge of MS word , MS Excel& AutoCAD 7- knowledge of using MS project or Primavera 8- Knowledge of FIDIC 9- Good communication skills in English (spoken / Written)
