Description | The HR Coordinator will mainly be responsible for the implementation of Wadi’s HR management system. He/she is expected to ensure compliance of the corporation, its facilities and operations, to different HR requirements. Producing reports, reporting to stakeholders and top management as well as receiving their feedback are integral tasks to the work of the HR Coordinator. Continued coordination and consultation with various departments within Wadi will also be required. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating all internal and external training activities within the corporation. |
Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree from any discipline (University Graduate) A BSc. is preferred and the candidate should have a background in Human Resources 2-4 years of experience needed for this position |
