Description	•Control the welding workshop manpower. •Work under Company Policy & Target, control budget & Minimize Consumption. •To fit other manufacturers' chassis, and modify and repair vehicle bodies - Vehicles may include bins, tray, boxes, tibbers, compactors, hook-lifts and semi-trailers. •To design engineering drawings for required fabricated staff. •Construct framework sections in metal, fiberglass and other materials by working from engineering drawings, and by using shaping machinery and all types of welding and cutting equipment. •To form complete frameworks by welding or bolting sections to the vehicle's frame. •Make the panels used to cover the framework by cutting, shaping and attaching panels of sheet metal, aluminum & stainless steel. •Fit & repair axles and suspensions. •Design and fit mechanized equipment such as winches and hoists to various types of vehicle chassis and install door handles, locks and hinges. •Design and carry out chassis alterations in consultation with engineers, or alter assembly line vehicles to special requirements. •To fit other manufacturers' chassis, and modify and repair vehicle bodies - Vehicles may include bins, tray and semi-trailers. •Request, receive & review materials on the store to be sure from the quality before starting fabrication.
