Description	• Communicate with Management to know about their requirements. • Help in the different Sites selection. • Make drafts, layouts and design the site plan and make scaled drawings of the project. • Devise 3 dimensional designs wherever necessary. • Use computer software like Auto Cad for perfect and quick designing. • Check the design for available budget and time. • Supervise and act as the company representative with contractors and subcontractors and especially in the finishing process of paints, tiles, and all the electromechanical works. • Check the project from its beginning till end so that it meets all the specifications of design, quality and management needs. • Solve all the problems that occur while construction
Qualifications	• BSc. of Architecture. • 1 – 2 years of experience in supervising the finishing of restaurants and/or hotels , and in being the owner representative. • Excellent spoken English • Excellent computer skills
