Description | • Secure the companys corporate image at all events • Align closely with the brand team to ensure delivering their objectives in on-ground activations and events • Determine objectives for communicating the brand to the various audiences through appropriate initiatives and active sponsorship participation • Handle/follow-up on the financial process once an event/activation is approved with the brand/legal/finance teams • Follow up & manage the invoicing and financial process with the supporting agencies. • Monitor and communicate the competition activities to the brand teams • Work closely with the suppliers to ensure development and the execution of set deliverables within agreed giving budget and meeting the deadlines • Manage outdoors, events & BTL contracts and ensure execution/compliance |
Qualifications | 1- Major: Bachelor Degree – Business administration 2- Years of Experience: 3 - 4 years 3- Language: English fluency 4- Special technical skills/Systems: Events planning experience is a must |
