Description	ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage services in the whole Park. • Controlling the Shift scheduling and ensuring that the food and beverage operation is staffed for all shifts and events also managing operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning, while upholding standard for product quality and facility cleanliness. • Pro-actively hunt for target organization and establish communicating’s with those businesses seeking special events and meeting places • Ensure practice of health and safety regulations • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products. • Full profit and loss responsibility for the Employee Dining Room (EDR), Food and Beverage Crates/Kiosks, Tenant Relations, Catering and Special Events. • Negotiate with SMFP’s clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc. • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. • Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions in order to ensure that are authorized and budgeted. • Plan menus and food utilization based on anticipated number of guests, nutritional value, palatability, popularity, and costs
Qualifications	University Degree — in Tourism and Hotels or a related field.

Experience	6 - 9 Years.
