Description	1. Troubleshoot computer problems. 2. Document resolutions for future reference. 3. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. 4. Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures printers and related equipment. 5. Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades. 6. Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
Qualifications	 Background in network (Internet / Intranet).  Knowledge about database (Access / SQL).  Ability to deal with troubleshooting windows (office problems) & computer hardware.  Heliopolis or Nasr City residents are preferable .  Exempt from or terminated the military service .
