Description	1- Development of new projects to achieve customer’s requirements and/or help the company to gain new markets. 2- Create complete and conform production files for all the projects items. 3- Design jigs & tools in order to optimize the manufacturing & improve reliability. 4- Launch & follow the new projects to meet the customers’ dead line & required quality. 5- Continues improvement & assisting production to resolve technical, quality & manufacturing issues. 6- Maintain industrial operation of the projects with optimum parameters & quick productivity. 7- Communicate with other departments like quality, methods, purchasing for fast & best projects implementation. 8- Participate to all the activities of the projects department as well as other missions helping the company to achieve its goals. 9- Maintain the team work spirit among the projects department specially & company in general. 10- Increase personnel skills by self learning & improvement trying to reach perfection.
Qualifications	very good knowledge of CAD solutions (preferably solid works,autocad..), Ms office applications, ERP System. 2-3 years of experience at least
