| Description | • Tracking and controlling Plants overheads by working closely with plants manager • Analyzing monthly plant KPIs , and highlighting prevailing operations issues • Assist the Plants Managers in building the MOH budget per plant • Follow up with the field on the cause of change analysis • Analyzing monthly production variances and revaluations • Participate actively in tracking the productivity initiatives & loss analysis control • Assisting in all planning deliverables (AOP, IGP Rolling FCST, monthly & quarterly reports…..) • Participate in any cost savings taskforce (MOH, G&A…etc) • Assist in developing new financial monitoring tools and management reports to highlight the key issues by plant • Work comfortably with the Company’s local system (SAP) to extract, validate and reconcile actual cost and analysis versus the budget |
| Qualifications | 1- Major: Bachelor of Finance or Business Administration 2- Years of Experience: 2 – 4 years 3- Language: English fluency 4- Special technical skills/Systems: SAP is a plus, costing or planning experience is a plus |
