Qualifications	Preferred Education: Graduate, Business Administration preferred Preferred Experience: Experience of at least 8 year in Human Resources department of a large organization with at least 3 years in a senior position in recruitment. GCC experience is essential. Preferred Qualification: Qualification in Human Resources, MBA preferred. Preferred Skills: Excellent Communication skills in English & Arabic Effective time management skills Ability to work under pressure & handle high volume of work simultaneously
