Description	Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Coordinate activities involving sales of services or other subjects of sale. Coordinate, and review activities in sales operations consult with his team to plan advertising services and to secure information on Services and customer specifications. Visit franchised Agents to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of services programs Confer with potential customers regarding products needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase. Oversee his local sales Reps and their performance. Advise agents on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business Monitor agents preferences to determine focus of sales. Assess marketing potential of new and existing Agents locations, considering statistics and expenditures. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Follow-up for collection of payment. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications	Knowledge of business and management principles involved in human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Knowledge of office applications and computer software, including applications and programming.
