Description	1- Managing contract design and development resources to timely and successful deliveries. 2- Working with clients and review panels to identify recommendations for the appropriate technical, business and human factors solutions. 3- Promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and customers, providing task analysis and technical insight to help develop and deliver the needed capabilities• 4- Developing and maintaining web-enabled capabilities and custom applications. 5- Leading staff in defining and tracking project requirements, plans, and schedules. 6- Leading program reviews as necessary.
Qualifications	1- (3-5)years of experience in the same field. 2- Excellent Software Development Life cycle. 3- In depth ASP, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and (X) HTML knowledge. 4- Strong database knowledge specifically SQL Server or MySQL. 5- Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team setting. 6- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required. 7- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
