Description | - Develops and implements store operating plans, policies and procedures. - setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees - Manages staff recruitment - Manages annual allocated budget - Develops and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers and back office departments - Ensures the stock is effectively measured, controlled and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures. |
Qualifications | University degree. A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position. Experience in fashion retail is a major plus. Strong knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures. Strong people management and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Computer knowledge. |
