Description	1) Market research for new materials and development of new reliable sources of supply. 2) Evaluating the current supplies in terms of price, quality, delivery, service, etc, to be considered in the future purchase decisions. 3) Finding out suitable sources of supply and make the necessary arrangement to ensure the right quality of materials is obtained in the right quantities at the right time, at the place and at the right price. 4) Thoroughly evaluating prospective supplier and continuously appraising the performance of current suppliers. 5) Developing the necessary periodical and any other reports to be reported to the management. 6) Studying and analyzing all the information of procurement process to be evaluated in all aspects. 7) Analyze market and delivery condition to determine present and future material availability, prices trend, and prepare market analysis reports
Qualifications	) Leadership and managerial skills. 2) International Commerce aspects; letter of Credit, Bills of Collection Incoterms , freight & forwarding.
