Description	.All calls answered within 3 rings or 12 seconds .Input underwriting requirements and recommendation to the computer system within agreed timescales. .Liaise with distributors when necessary to obtain additional/missing information and manage the pending case load in a timely manner. .Request appropriate medical evidence within agreed limits and refer to Underwriting Team Manager when necessary. .Ensure CILs confidentiality standards are known and maintained with regard to all customer and medical information ensuring that information is only provided to ‘valid’ enquirers .Adhere to CILs confidentiality rules specifically relating to medical evidence and client data. .Liaise with local and international reinsures when necessary. .Liaise with Alterations and Claims departments when required to assist with underwriting requirements. .Take responsibility for your own personal development ensuring your understanding of all the products and features is good, including the claims and alterations processes in relation to underwriting requirements. .Conduct underwriting and procedures training under the direction of the New Business & Underwriting Manager.
Qualifications	.Excellent Medical Knowledge .Excellent PC skills, incl. Word, Excel & Internet User. .Typing English and Arabic .Writing – English & Arabic .Highly Numerate .Strong customer service skills .Excellent communication skills .Team Worker .Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change .Personal Integrity .Ability to interpret information
