Description	- Collects, compiles, verifies, and analyses financial information and prepares financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. - Experience in dealing with the sales distributors related to the pharma companies. - Responsible for the company accounts receivables. - Preparing weekly report showing the outstanding invoices & aging related, Monthly aging report, Bad debts report, Doubtful debts report - Monthly provision proposal for returns and discounts. - Monthly reconciliation for A/R sub ledger and GL. - Weekly report for N/R (value, count and due date analysis) - Prepare and review all the audit requirements related to A/R - Following up receivable collection from our customers according to credit limits & payments conditions. - Tenders controlling by preparing P&L for each tender and compare the discount and GM Vs. budget. - Following up and review compensations due to our distributors (free goods and bonus) . - Preparing a monthly sales report showing the sales by (Product, Business unit, Customer) quantities and value. - Preparing actual free goods and discount report for each item Vs. budget and make a trend analysis for discounts and free goods for each customer - Quarter report showing expired returns by batch No.# and expiry date. - Monthly distributors stock reports showing value, quantity and expiry date.
Qualifications	BSC Degree in Accounting – English Section. At least 4 years experience at Pharmaceutical company is a must, preferred at Multinational.

Other Skills	• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills. • Good Analytical Thinking. • Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and distributors. • Microsoft Office skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Plus ERP program user. • Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly.
