Description	Develop, execute, and communicate overall financial strategy to all stakeholders Develop financial systems to facilitate informal management decision-making Redesign the budgeting process to accurately capture trial economics Ensure the effective management of financial operations 5. Execute all major financial transactions 6. Ensure that all external report obligations are met 7. Reporting and accounting as per regulatory legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts 8. Establish a strong warehousing system, Financial Performance analysis and inter-companies accounts 9. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards 10. Provide recommendations to the Board Members on major financial decisions and carry out the financial policy decisions by senior management
Qualifications	Graduation degree: Education University degree in Commerce or equivalent, Majoring in Accounting Experience: At least 10-year previous experience in the same position and prefer experience with Retail Companies CPA/CMA / CFM / MBA would be an appreciated plus

Other Skills	Excellent computer skills with previous experience in Oracle implementation. Excellent Managerial and analytical skills Wide experience in budgeting and cash flow management for the Retail Company Assisting in the creation and implementation of ERP system (Oracle) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have good relations with Banks, Tax Authorities and all related Financial Institutes. Wide experience in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence is a must. Has experience in consolidating and dealing with Corporate / Group of Companies accounts
